CST Outreach Details
CST offers outreach programming centered on mindfulness activities, fostering spaces for awareness, healing and support for students. Many of our most popular events are listed here. To request an outreach event, call the CST business line, email one of our clinicians or complete the outreach request form.
- Matchamacallit (A mindfulness practice with traditional matcha making)
